Following the successful launch of the Olympus 9″, BriodLights is taking the next step. What started as a powerful driving light is now evolving into a complete product family with the introduction of new LED light bars, work lights, and two new 9″ driving lights. The new products are built on the same philosophy that has made Olympus highly appreciated on the market: high performance, thoughtful design, and maximum lighting performance for every euro invested.
“With Olympus, we’ve managed to create products that combine outstanding performance with an attractive price point. When developing the new light bars and work lights, our goal was to preserve the same DNA. We often talk about LPE – lux per euro – and Olympus sets a new benchmark in that regard. Whether it’s driving lights, light bars, or work lights, customers should get as much light output and quality as possible for their money,” says Henrik Fransson, Product Developer at BriodLights.
The Olympus family is expanding with two powerful LED light bars in 30″ (768 mm) and 40″ (1092 mm) sizes. Designed to combine long-range performance with a driving beam pattern, they provide optimal visibility in all driving conditions. The 30″ version delivers 20 600 actual lumens and reaches 970 meters at 1 lux, while the larger version produces 29 900 actual lumens and extends visibility up to 1170 meters at 1 lux – placing them among the strongest options in their category. The light bars feature integrated backlit position light in white/amber and warning light functionality. The LED bars are available in both black and white versions.
At the same time, BriodLights is introducing a new range of work lights developed for professional vehicles and machinery operating within transport, construction, agriculture, and forestry.
The work lights are available in two performance levels. The smaller model delivers 3 240 effective lumens and reaches 55 meters at 1 lux, while the larger version produces 4 820 effective lumens with a range of 76 meters at 1 lux. Both models feature a wide flood beam pattern, a 5500K color temperature, and a robust aluminium housing with IP68 protection. To ensure long-term durability in demanding environments, the housing is coated with AkzoNobel’s corrosion-resistant finish, tested to withstand up to 1 000 hours of corrosion exposure.
Available in both black and white housings, the work lights can also be specified with white/amber or red/amber position lights, allowing users to tailor both functionality and appearance to their specific application and vehicle design.
BriodLights is also introducing an updated version of its best-selling Olympus 9” driving light. The new model retains the same distinctive design and impressive lighting performance that made Olympus a customer favorite, while adding several highly requested features.
The new Olympus 9” comes equipped with an integrated backlit position light, a traditional position light, and a built-in warning light function, making it even more versatile for professional users. For customers who prefer the classic design without the backlit position light, the current Olympus 9” will remain available in the product range.
BriodLights Olympus 3.1 combines classic retro design with modern LED technology and maximum lighting performance. The distinctive ribbed lens gives the lamp a timeless look, while the advanced optics behind the lens deliver the performance required for today’s driving conditions. The result is a driving light with a classic appearance, but performance on a completely different level. The Olympus 3.1 driving light is equipped with an integrated backlit position light and warning light function.
Every product in the Olympus family is developed to perform in harsh Nordic environments, where reliable lighting is essential for safety, efficiency, and working comfort.
